Our software tools at a glance

To ensure maximum precision and efficiency in design and simulation, we rely on a selection of first-class software solutions. These programs enable us to optimally plan, calculate and simulate complex projects. Below you will find an overview of the most important tools we use in our process.

CAD (CIMATRON)

We use the specialized CAD software CIMATRON to design our die casting tools. This tool is ideally suited to the requirements of tool design and enables precise and efficient planning.
 

Filling simulation (MAGMA)

We simulate the filling behavior with MAGMA, a market-leading software for filling simulations. This enables us to ensure that the casting process runs optimally and potential problems are identified in advance.

 

FEM simulation

We use FEM software for the development of our fittings and also for customer projects. This allows us to clarify key questions in advance, such as whether a cast part meets the structural mechanical requirements for forces, moments and fatigue strength.

Engineering calculations (MDESIGN)

We use the MDESIGN toolbox for general engineering calculations. This software helps us to carry out precise calculations and contributes to the efficient solution of technical challenges.
